Arriving late
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, this may affect other scheduled appointments. There is a chance that your service will have to be shortened or rescheduled for a later time/date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please respect our time and provide us with at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be invoiced a charge of 50% of the service rate.
Check-in
Upon scheduling your appointment, please complete the necessary form(s) found below for your treatment prior to your visit. If you’re unable to do so, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Facial Treatments
In order to meet your skincare goals, a monthly facial is recommended. At minimum, having a seasonal facial (4 times a year) can keep your skin feeling fresh and rejuvenated. With most skin issues you’re targeting, every 6 weeks is ideal. If you are preparing for a big event, we recommend you have your treatment performed 72 hours before for best results.

Gift Cards
Give the gift of beautiful skin to your family and friends! Gift cards can be purchased by visiting our eGift Card page in any denomination. For physical gift cards, please email or call us at (847) 917-7546. Please note that gift cards are not eligible for promotional discounts, unless otherwise noted. Gift card sales are final and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please note, that gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
MEDICAL CONCERNS
If you are concerned about a skin issue and would like to speak with us prior to booking your appointment, please call (847) 917-7546. We are happy to help you select a treatment and provide answers to your questions prior to your visit. If ever in doubt, we strongly recommend that you contact your physician prior to your appointment.
If you are on Accutane, Retinol, Retin-A, or any other prescription strength skin medications or serums, you should not get a facial treatment or face wax. Be sure to check your prescriptions and products for these ingredients. You need to have not used these medications or serums for at least 5-7 days before undergoing a facial treatment and/or a face wax. The Calming Facial is the only treatment that we can perform on a client who is currently on any of these medications.
Payments
We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards.
aftercare
Some of our treatments may require a small amount of aftercare. In the event your treatment requires this, you will be provided with instructions and/or products. It is important that you follow these instructions to obtain the best results.
Promotions
All promotions have an assigned expiration date. If you are booking an appointment that is a current promotion, the service must be performed before the expiration date. To view our current promotions, please connect with us on our Facebook page.
Retail Return Policy
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of purchase with your receipt for a full refund. We cannot accept a return if the product has been opened, used or damaged.
WAXING TREATMENTS
